My obsession with Madrid's painted tile street signs has been eclipsed by a new quest: to stumble upon more of Madrid’s countless quaint storefronts. Every afternoon walk is like a little journey of discovery. Madrid has some fantastically detailed storefronts, from stunning old tile work to beautifully rich wood finishes.
