Rabat, Morocco
I spent a month in Morocco in 2008 and LOVED it. Here are some of the
photos I took while in Rabat. I kept a really good travel journal of my time there, but I can't see to find it (d'oh!) When I do, I will upload parts -- to give the photos below context.

While in Marrakech, I stayed in a kasbah on the outskirts of town. To get a little exercise, I'd sometimes wander around the natural 'palmarie' surrounding the kasbah. Here's some shots I took of my wanderings. Sorry, no journal entries to provide context to the pictures.

Fes Cooking Class
While in Fes, I took a cooking class with some of my fellow travelers. We shopped for the food in the local market, prepared it in the hotel's kitchen, and then enjoyed it in the centuries old, picturesque dining hall. Here are some photos:
