While in Marrakech, I stayed in a kasbah on the outskirts of town.  To get a little exercise, I'd sometimes wander around the natural 'palmarie' surrounding the kasbah.  Here's some shots I took of my wanderings.  Sorry, no journal entries to provide context to the pictures.

Fes Cooking Class

While in Fes, I took a cooking class with some of my fellow travelers. We shopped for the food in the local market, prepared it in the hotel's kitchen, and then enjoyed it in the centuries old, picturesque dining hall.  Here are some photos:

my Kasbah in Marrakech

During my two weeks in Marrakech, I stayed at a centuries old Kasbah.  Such an experience!  Here are some pictures.  Sorry no journal to accompany them.
